Breaking Benjamin are an alternative hard rock/metal band who have been called "a poser metal band," by Matt Nichols. However, if that's what you think their new album, Phobia, is gonna be like, well then I guess you'll just have to check it out yourself, because this album is all metal. The lyrics are dark, and the music is aggressive, and the vocals are loud, all of which make for an enjoyable listen. I didn't want to just use one link so there are a few below.
Recommendatons: "Diary of Jane," "Breath," "Dance With the Devil," and "You." Also check out some of Breaking Benjamin's other albums, including We Are Not Alone, and Saturate. If you like those albums and Phobia, you may also like Master of Puppets, by Metallica, and All the Right Reasons, by Nickelback. Enjoy.

Whoa, I don't know which is more suprising, the fact that someone listened to it without me begging, or the fact that Shannon kinda liked it. That has to be like, the first time that's ever happened.
They're ok. Nothing special.
You're right, Phobia debuting at #2 on the U.S. charts really is NOTHING SPECIAL.
i only listened to like half of a couple songs so ya, i might be missing something...
